All forms and addenda are listed as icons to the left of your report.  Click on the icon to view the page.  Photos can be previewed and inserted from a digital camera, Internet, MLS, card reader, memory stick, thumb drive, flash drive, diskette, external drive or device, or scanner.  Photos can be named or renamed and saved individually in alphabetical order by address.  Photos can be cropped, rotated, or enhanced.  Subject and comparable data is automatically merged from the appraisal report, or you can fill it in manually.  Reports can be printed in letter or legal size.   We use the simplest controls and the best image processing technology.  For more information click:
