If you are not ordering, please fill out the form below to be added to our Priority Mailing List.  If you wish, you may enter your name and e-mail address only.  You will be notified whenever we make changes to this Web site and receive information more frequently through the mail and e-mail.

If you are a customer, then you are already added to our Priority Mailing List per the End User License Agreement, unless your address has changed.  If so, please submit your new mailing and/or email address.

How to be added to our Priority Mailing List:

Once you confirm, we will send you a final email indicating that you have been added to our email list.  A summary of the information you submitted will be included in the email.  Also included will be instructions to remove yourself from our email list if you ever decide to be removed.
